Highway snow plow MSKN, sideshiftable
MSKN-03 series snow plows are mainly designed for working on larger highways, side roads and also on gravel roads, where the working conditions are difficult. The snow plow has an aggressive blade angle, which ensures lower fuel consumption. The moldboard design is optimized for better snow throwing even at high speeds and in difficult snow conditions. The blade holders are equipped with Meiren noise reduction system, which also allow blades to slightly copy the road surface, for receiving better cleaning result. The sideshift function makes working with the plow more comfortable and effective, especially while using side plow. Depending on the work requirements , it is possible to order the snow plow with different height and shape. The plow can be equipped with hydraulic additional blade system, where rubber blades are fixed with EASY Fix system.

PATENTED BIDIRECTIONALLY SHIFTABLE PARALLELOGRAM
Working width up to 8,5m – The unique patented parallelogram enables shifting the plow sideways and lifting the entire plow. Sideshift gives the driver more options to manoeuvre the front plow. Combined with Meiren 5.5 m sidewing the working width is even up to 8,5m.
Wireless switch is available as extra equipment for controlling additional valves. Additional valves need to be installed to the snow plow, if the car doesn’t have enough hydraulic outlets for additional blade– or sideshift functions.
Connection to the additional valves is via radio communication.
HYDRAULIC ADDITIONAL BLADE MECHANISM
- Clean road surface to the maximum – Hydraulic additional blade comprising 4 sections divides pressure between the front blade and additional blade. Each additional blade section has its own cylinder, ensuring operational pressure in the extent of the entire additional blade. In the event of packed snow, the weight of the entire plow is transferred to the front blade; in the event of slush, weight is transferred entirely on the additional blade equipped with rubber blades. Using the right pressure in the additional blade system ensures extremely clean road surface and highly economical use of the blades. It is possible to mount also 6 section hydraulic additional blade mechanism.
- Replacing blades in 5 – 10 minutes –The „Easy Fix system”
of rubber blades (there are no fixing slots in the rubber blade) saves time when releasing and securing the bolts. This allows you to position the blade at any desired height. It takes only 5 – 10 minutes to replace or adjust the rubber blades!
